US Shipping
We offer complimentary Ground Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States above $150.
All domestic orders are shipped using UPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders placed before 5pm EST will ship the same business day.
We offer a signature requirement option for customers who prefer a secure method of delivery. Please note Paradis Perdus will not be liable for any lost/stolen shipments that do not have a signature requirement.
We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Transit time estimates do not include weekends or holidays. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We are not responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays.

International Shipping
International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All International Orders are shipped using UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at check out based on shipping location.

All International Orders are shipped with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) which means customers are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Once your order has shipped the carrier will bill you to pay any taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Pre-Orders
Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Pre-order" rather than "Add to Cart". The estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
