Refund policy

USA Returns

We have a 15-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bonjour@paradisperdusnyc.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

International Returns

All International orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We at Paradis Perdus, are fighting against climate change and harm made to the planet. We are committed to have the lowest impact on the planet and are compensated more than our annual gas emission. In this optic, accepting exchanges and returns from overseas has a too high impact on the planet and should not be considered with your purchases at Paradis Perdus, nor with other purchases in general. We are a Brooklyn NY based company and this is where we ship from. As we grow, we target to have local presence in Europe and Asia that will allow us to ship orders from there and save on shipments impact, we will then be able to accept returns and exchange. We are providing as much information and details about our products on the product pages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
In case of exchange, please contact us at bonjour@paradisperdusnyc.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Once your item received, we will ship you the exchanged item immediately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 9 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
